Learning & Growing
"Learn and grow always" is a guiding principle at Full Sail. It means that our instructors and staff continue to keep up with the changes that are relevant to their industry as well as the art of teaching./p>
A consistent part of that continuing education is the availability of monthly diversity, inclusion, and belonging training. Through these voluntary sessions, staff and instructors learn how to respect diversity and to be sensitive and inclusive to a variety of student identities, situations, and backgrounds./p>
That training includes online courses, podcasts, and diversity talks on subjects like race, religion, LGBTQ+ issues, gender, neurodiversity, communication strategies, accessibility, and educational allyship.
