Full Sail University and Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design Establish Partnership
Full Sail associate degree graduates can seamlessly transition to RMCAD’s Bachelor of Fine Arts program.
Full Sail University and Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design (RMCAD) are excited to announce an articulation agreement that will provide additional benefits for students at both institutions. This newly expanded partnership will allow Full Sail’s Music Production associate degree graduates the ability to seamlessly transfer into RMCAD’s Music Production Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) program.
Eligible Full Sail associate degree graduates or those with equivalent course credits will be able to enroll in RMCAD’s BFA degree program without the traditional audition and portfolio requirements. RMCAD’s longer courses – 8-week terms versus Full Sail’s accelerated 4-week terms – may also help to accommodate students with specific needs surrounding employment, family, or other personal commitments that can become difficult in an accelerated program.
Graduating with a BFA from RMCAD may provide access to more graduate school options and associated career benefits, especially for those interested in pursuing careers in K-12 education.
Launching initially for online Music Production students, Full Sail hopes to expand the program in the future, creating new avenues for continued education and allowing Full Sail to move toward student-focused subject concentrations and completion pathways that support students in more specialized ways.
