Full Sail’s new Alumni Network is a free platform where graduates can connect, find job postings, access career resources, and take advantage of networking opportunities. On the Alumni Network, you can quickly set up a profile featuring your name, photo, professional information, and career interests.

“This is a tool for connection that we've wanted for a long time,” says Sherri Tantleff, Full Sail’s Director of Alumni Relations. “The great part about it is it's a digital interactive home for our alumni. They can reach out to each other and access resources at any time. It’s exciting to be able to foster community this way.”

Here’s a breakdown of the features and benefits you can find on the Alumni Network.

Networking

Whether you’re keeping in touch with former classmates or finding new contacts, the Alumni Network offers multiple ways to network.

News Feed

Members of Full Sail's Alumni Network can make public posts for the platform’s News Feed. You can easily share personal or professional updates, job listings, events, and more on the News Feed.

Graduate Directory

Full Sail graduate profiles are listed in a directory visible to all alumni, so you can find an old friend or make a new connection.

Grad Businesses Directory

Graduates who own a business can create a company profile for the Grad Businesses Directory, where fellow alumni can find out about the business’s mission, projects, and available job openings through the directory.

Groups

The Alumni Network offers regional and industry-specific groups where members can connect based on location or career interests. Members can also start their own groups to foster additional connections.

Private Messaging

Members can start or strengthen connections by sending a direct message to someone in the Alumni Network.

Events

The Events section of the Alumni Network features listings for both in-person and virtual events, like career fairs and alumni mixers.

Job Postings & Career Resources

Full Sail’s Alumni Network offers general and industry-specific career resources offers general and industry-specific career resources, as well as multiple ways to find job listings.

Job Postings

Alumni Network members can quickly post job listings or find potential new roles on the platform. The Network’s job board is a searchable list of postings from a variety of industries, like advertising, media, entertainment, technology, and more. Members can also post open positions on the News Feed, on their Graduate Businesses profile, or in groups.

Career Resources

Full Sail graduates also have access to digital career resources on the Alumni Network. They can download general job-hunting tips, like example interview questions, or more specific information, like industry-specific sample resumes and cover letters or lists of industry organizations and trade publications. Network members also have access to video resources, including on-demand recordings of panels held at Full Sail.

As Full Sail’s Alumni Network grows, so will the platform’s opportunities for connection and access to resources. The Alumni Network will be available to join this summer.
