Mobile App Developer is the Top Job in America
Whether you’re sending a text message, asking Alexa to play a song, or even depositing a check into your bank account, you’re using mobile technology. Technology is defined by need, and because of that need CNN Money has designated Mobile App Developer as the number one job in America based on career growth, salary, and satisfying work.
The CNN Money list also features other careers for which Full Sail provides training – you can view the full list here.
Full Sail University’s Mobile Development bachelor’s program provides students with the foundation they need in computer science, Apple and Android programming languages, audio and visual asset implementation, as well as the ability to determine industry needs and create new applications based on those needs.
“What makes mobile development a unique degree program is that we focus not only on how computers work, but how people work,” said Mobile Development Program Director Josh Donlan. “Your end goal is to give people what they need as efficiently as possible.”
CNN has said that the demand for mobile developers is on the rise, which is where Full Sail’s accelerated program style is beneficial to those looking to begin working in the industry as soon as possible. The curriculum is reviewed twice a year by a program advisory board comprised of industry professionals to ensure that the tools and information our students receive is as up-to-date as possible.
As Josh tells his students at orientation, you’re learning skills for a job that doesn’t even exist yet.
