Project LaunchBox is designed to give students exactly what they need when it comes to creating and building their portfolios. LaunchBoxes are unique to each degree program. This ensures that students receive equipment and software that reflects ever-changing industry standards.
Each LaunchBox includes a laptop, accessories, and software to keep long after graduation.
Please note: The cost of a computer and software – primarily the Project LaunchBox technology package – is included in tuition. Project LaunchBox provides students with a laptop computer and media creation software relevant to their specific degree program.
Pricing and package specifications are subject to change. Some Project LaunchBox components are distributed during students' second year; some Project LaunchBox components are downloadable items.
The Digital Cinematography LaunchBox provides students with equipment to create videos, as well as a mobile editing suite. Students in this program will receive a camera, tripod, lens, microphones, a lighting kit, headphones, access to Adobe Creative Cloud, and budgeting and scripting programs.
Music Production students will be able to capture the feel of a home studio environment with a variety of tools and software. Included is an audio interface, microphone, MIDI keyboard, and programs like Pro Tools and Logic.
