One of the coolest spots on campus is Full Sail's Motion Capture Studio, a 2,500 square-foot space equipped with 23 specialized infrared cameras. In this studio, a person's movements are recorded and turned into 3D animated models.
In our latest YouTube video, Motion Capture Course Director Tyrone Jordan takes us on a tour of the motion capture studio, walks us through a live demonstration of the studio in action, and explains how Computer Animation and Game Art students take advantage of the facility for their projects.
